This page features our cutting department and quilting department. We take great pride in being a "vertical" manufacturing facility meaning that none of these operations are sourced out.

The cutting department is constantly busy spreading and cutting a large variety of fabrics for the many products that we manufacture each and every day.

The quilting department operates several multi-needle quilting machines for our own quilted products.
Larry is our senior person in the fabric cutting department and has been with Comfort Concepts since 1995. Thanks, Larry, for your hard work and true devotion to helping our company grow!
Since joining our company, Flavio has been a valuable part of the quilting department team. He has great knowledge in the mechanics of the machinery and can always be counted on when any of our equipment needs fine tuning. Carlos is also a member of the cutting department and works alongside Larry to keep our production moving foward.
